Aortic Regurgitation Class I

  1. Diagnosis and assessment of hemodynamic severity
  2. Initial assessment and re-evaluation (when indicated) of LV, RV size, function and/or hemodynamics
  3. Re-evaluation of asymptomatic patients with severe regurgitation
  4. Re-evaluation of patients with mild to moderate regurgitation and clinical changes
  5. Assessment of changes in hemodynamic severity and ventricular compensation in patients with known regurgitation in pregnancy
  6. Re-evaluation of asymptomatic patients with mild to moderate regurgitation and ventricular dilation
  7. Assessment of morphology and regurgitation in patients with a history of anorectic drug use, or the use of any drug or agent known to be associated with valvular heart disease and who are symptomatic or have a murmur
