Preoperative Exercise or Pharmacologic Stress Testing

Class III

• Evaluation of isolated ectopy in young patients
• Routine screening of asymptomatic patients
• Serious comorbidity likely to diminsh life expectancy or revascularization
• Patients with abnormal baseline EKG abnormality (paced, WPW, LBBB)
