General Measures

• Discontinue volatile anesthetics
• Change Anesthesia Machine and circuit
• Hyperventilate 100% FIO2 high Flows
• Consider Invasive monitors
• Institute cooling measures:
  • Gastric lavage
  • Cooling blanket
  • Cold IV solutions
• Monitor UOP, K+,Ca++, ABG,ETCO2, pt,ptt
