Circulation
- EKG shall be present continuously
- Arterial blood pressure and heart rate shall be determined and monitored at least every five minutes
- Circulatory function shall be continually evaluated at least by one
of the following
- palpation of pulse
- auscultation of heart sounds
- tracing of intra-arterial pressure
- pulse plethysmography
- oximetry
