Penicillin Allergic Patients

PO Regimen:

Clindamycin 600mg PO 1 hour before the procedure

or Azithromycin or Clarithromycin 500 mg 1 hour before the procedure

IV Regimen:

Clindamycin 1g 30 min before the procedure
